Dear GOCF 2026 Participants and Poster Presenters,

As we approach the 3rd Global Oral Cancer Forum (GOCF 2026) this week, the Organizing Committee would like to announce the official schedule for the poster evaluation and the required technical specifications. Please review the details below to ensure a successful presentation.

 1. Official Poster Review Session

The Poster Review Committee will officially evaluate all presented works during the designated timeslot on Day 1. All presenters are required to stand by their assigned poster boards to pitch their research and answer questions from the reviewers:

• Date: Saturday, May 30, 2026 (Day 1)

• Time: 13:20 – 14:00 (1:20 PM – 2:00 PM)[GMT+8]

• Location: Poster Exhibition Area 

Note: Official Certificates of Poster Presentation will also be distributed to presenters during the forum sessions.

2. Poster Size & Dimensions

To ensure your poster fits properly onto the provided physical exhibition structures, please strictly adhere to the following dimensions:

• Recommended Size: A0 Standard

• Dimensions: 841 mm (Width) × 1189 mm (Height) / 33.1 inches × 46.8 inches

• Orientation: Portrait (Vertical) Only

 3. On-site Setup Instructions

• Upon arriving and completing your registration at Kaohsiung Medical University, please proceed directly to the Poster Exhibition Area.

• Please locate the poster board that displays your specific Poster ID (e.g., SC-01, P-02) to mount your poster.

• The Secretariat will provide necessary mounting materials (such as tape or pins) at the registration desk.
